DO WANT

har tappat kontakten med mig själv. har ingen kontroll över tankarna. förvirrad, ångestfylld, grubblande. i nästan varje ögonblick.

larm överallt. människor, bilar, barn, ljud, intryck, reklam. kämpa sig upp på morgonen, helt utpumpad när man kommer hem. starkt behov av tystnad och natur. när jag kommer hem ska jag promenera i adelsnäsparken en solig dag. själv.

idag skulle jag köpa tvättmedel. på väg till coop fick jag ett ryck och satte mig i ett buskage där jag utövade mindfullness i 20 min. trots öronpropparna ger det med största sannolikhet effekt först efter en längre tids regelbundet utövande.

har helt missat att det finns en b-side till mobys album "18" som kom 2005. det ska afnjutas!
